Julie Ludwig ASSOCIATE
Julie focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, including the drafting of various types of business agreements, such as formation and governance documents, partnership agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and real estate leases and contracts.
Julie received her undergraduate degrees in Neuroscience (B.A.) and Philosophy (B.A.) from Bates College in 2019. She received her JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2023, with honors, and graduated in the top 10% of her class. During law school, Julie earned CALI Excellence Awards for class performance in Unfair/Deceptive Trade Practices and Law and Cognition. At the University of Connecticut School of Law, she also participated in the Intellectual Property Clinic, earned a Certificate in Intellectual Property, and served as Lead Executive Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law.
Julie participated in the dual degree program at the University of Connecticut School of Law, and received her MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business, along with her JD, in 2023. Julie is admitted to practice in Connecticut and is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association.
