Brian Kluberdanz is a civil litigator who focuses his practice primarily on plaintiffs’-side personal injury law. He received his B.A. from Boston University, cum laude, in 2005 and his J.D., with honors, from the University Of Connecticut School of Law in 2014, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Connecticut Law Review and earned CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in Moot Court, Contracts, and Tax Law. In the years between 2005 and 2014, Brian received his Master’s Degree in Education from Sacred Heart University and served as a top aide to U.S. Congressman Rob Simmons.

Brian joined Wofsey Rosen in 2014 and has obtained numerous six-figure settlements and judgments on behalf of clients who have been injured in car and tractor-trailer crashes, premises liability incidents, and as the result of defective products. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation and employment-related disputes.

Brian is admitted to practice in Connecticut state court and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association, and the Connecticut Bar Association, where he served on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Section.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Kids Helping Kids, a Stamford nonprofit organization whose mission is to develop youth leadership skills through youth-led service projects that focus on providing opportunities to underserved kids. He is a former vice-chairman of the Stonignton Republican Town Committee, and he has also served as a volunteer and fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Jimmy Fund.

Brian was selected by his peers to Rising Stars in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law by Connecticut Super Lawyers (a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of lawyers in Connecticut) every year since 2021, and has been named a Rising Star in Connecticut Magazine’s list of Top Attorneys in Connecticut for the past three years.
