William Carello

William M. Carello PARTNER

William Carello’s practice embraces a broad range of business representation with an emphasis on commercial real estate leasing, business dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and corporate governance.  He graduated from University of Connecticut School of Law with high honors in 1989. While at law school, Bill served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Connecticut Law Review, received an award for the best written brief and was a finalist in the William Hastie Moot Court Competition. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Business Administration, magna cum laude, in 1985.  He is licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York.

Bill is a member of the Darien Lions Club and a Past District Governor of the International Association of Lions Clubs (District 23A).  He also is a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians of greater Stamford.  He is a former Co-Chair of the Business Law Section of The Fairfield County Bar Association and a two term past President and former member of the Board of Directors of the Darien Chamber of Commerce. Bill is also Distinguished Peer Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
