Laura Indellicati ASSOCIATE

Laura Indellicati is a civil litigator with a varied practice that includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial, landlord tenant, employment, personal injury, and land use-related matters. She received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from Boston University in 2010 and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2014. During law school, Laura was a Notes Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender. Upon graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John C. Kennedy for the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Laura worked at various criminal defense and medical malpractice defense firms in New York City, where she gained extensive litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels.

Since joining the firm in 2021, Laura has helped achieve a six-figure plaintiff’s verdict following a jury trial in a premise liability action, successfully defended against a breach of contract claim at trial and negotiated numerous favorable settlements for her clients in landlord tenant and personal injury matters, including six-figure liability settlements.

Laura is a member of the Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey bars, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Laura was selected to Rising Stars in 2023 by Connecticut Super Lawyers (a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of lawyers in Connecticut).  She is a member of the Raymond E. Baldwin chapter of the American Inns of Court. She was appointed by Mayor Caroline B. Simmons to the Board of Ethics for the City of Stamford and is also a member of the Executive Team for Stamford Cradle to Career.
