Natalie Anders joined Wofsey Rosen in 2026 and focuses her practice on civil litigation, including employment law, personal injury, construction law, family law, and land use. Before joining our firm, Natalie was an associate for a multi-practice insurance defense firm, where she represented clients in all aspects of labor and employment law at the agency, state, and federal levels. Prior to that, she was a Staff Attorney at Connecticut Legal Services, where she helped domestic violence survivors in Stamford family court.

Natalie received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology (B.A.) and Legal Studies (B.A.) from UC Berkeley in 2021. While there, Natalie served as the Internal Director for the Associated Students of the University of California Mental Health Commission, during which she created and presented a comprehensive mental health best practices workshop to several on-campus clubs and organizations. She also served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the African American Studies Department. Natalie then earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law in 2024. During law school, she served as the Executive Symposium Editor for the Belmont Law Review, and she completed over 750 hours of pro bono legal services. She gained invaluable federal court experience as a judicial intern for a federal magistrate judge at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, as well as a trial unit intern at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Tennessee. She also served as a law clerk for a Tennessee state court judge handling civil matters.

Natalie values giving back to her community and volunteers at Filling in the Blanks, a Norwalk-based nonprofit organization that seeks to fight childhood hunger for those in need..

Natalie is a member of the Connecticut bar and is admitted to both the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
