Kurosh L. Marjani, a member of Wofsey, Rosen, Kweskin and Kuriansky, LLP's Landlord-Tenant department, presented a seminar entitled "Brass Tacks - Landlord/Tenant Law in Connecticut." Hosted by the Fairfield County Bar Association, the seminar covered the basics of landlord-tenant law for practicing Connecticut attorneys, with an emphasis on residential and commercial summary process (eviction) proceedings.
