Mr. Marjani is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (B.A. 1997) and the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D., with honors, 2000), where he was a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board and a finalist in the Alva P. Loiselle Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marjani was an employment litigation associate at Day, Berry & Howard in Hartford, Connecticut. Mr. Marjani is a member of the Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts bars. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including complex commercial, employment, landlord/tenant, probate and personal injury cases. Mr. Marjani is a frequent lecturer on landlord/tenant law in Connecticut, and has handled hundreds of commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters. He frequently represents both management and employees in employment disputes of all kinds, including severance negotiations and discrimination matters. A resident of Stamford, Mr. Marjani is a member of the Fund Distribution Committee of the United Way of Western Connecticut and the Raymond E. Baldwin American Inn of Court.
