Mr. Davoren handles personal injury claims resulting from motor vehicle accidents, the maintenance of dangerous premises, the manufacture and sale of defective products, medical malpractice and workplace accidents. He graduated from Fairfield University in 1989, where he was an associate justice of the Fairfield University Student Court. He received his law degree in 1992 from Albany Law School of Union University. While at Albany Law School, Mr. Davoren participated in the moot trial court competition and externed for the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn of the Supreme Court for the State of New York. After graduating from law school, Mr. Davoren worked for the law firm of McMahon & Walsh, PC in Manchester, Connecticut. In 1995, he accepted a position with Allstate Insurance Company, where he represented Allstate and individuals insured by Allstate in a variety of property and casualty matters. While at Allstate, he completed an in house trial advocacy program presented by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and tried numerous civil jury cases to verdict. He joined Wofsey Rosen as a litigation associate in October 2000. Mr. Davoren is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Connecticut Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. Mr. Davoren is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Trustees Advisory Council for Fairfield University.
