Steven D. Grushkin PARTNER

Steven Grushkin has over 40 years of experience in the field of commercial and residential real estate acquisition, sales and leasing, as well as land use and development, common interest community development, institutional financing, the formation, negotiation and governance of corporate and business entities, and other non-real estate commercial business law. He has represented numerous builders and developers in complex real estate transactions regarding office buildings, condominiums, planned developments, apartment complexes, and shopping centers. He regularly represents commercial lending institutions and developers in both commercial and residential financing and leasing transactions. He has significant experience in the formation of common interest communities in order to obtain multiple layers of financing from various lenders simultaneously.

Steve is a member of the Real Estate, Business Law and Planning and Zoning Sections of the Connecticut Bar Association and has served as co-chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Fairfield County Regional Bar Association. Steve is currently counsel for the Stamford Land Conservation Trust, Inc. and serves as a Trustee of the Herbert and Sarah Gibor Foundation. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Stamford Jewish Center, the Stamford Partnership and Congregation Agudath Shalom. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Connecticut, 1969, and a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School, 1972. He is also Distinguished rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
