Edmund M. Remondino COUNSEL

Edmund Remondino is a corporate and real estate attorney whose areas of concentration include business formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and leasing transactions, and general representation of clients in various contractual, transactional and regulatory matters. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton, Harpur College (B.A. Political Science, 1983, Phi Beta Kappa), and New York University School of Law (J.D. 1986). He joined the firm in 2007, with twenty years prior experience as a business lawyer, including fifteen years with Finn Dixon & Herling LLP, the last nine of which were as a partner of the firm. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and its Business Law Section, and the Fairfield County Bar Association. He is a long-time volunteer for Saint Leo’s Catholic Church in Stamford.
